60th Anniversary of Establishment O Diplomatic Relations between China and Bulgaria
Vice Prime Minister and Concurrently Foreign Minister of Bulgaria Cut the Ribbon for Photo Exhibition of World Cultural Heritage of Bulgaria.
In order to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Bulgaria and China, the Bulgarian Embassy in China held the “Photo Exhibition of World Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Bulgaria” at Beijing Jintai Art Museum on March 23, 2009.
At around 5 P.M. that day, Bulgarian Vice Prime Minister and concurrently Foreign Minister Ivailo Kalfin and his party and officials of UNESCO presented flowers to Mr. Yuan Xikun’s sculpture of famous Bulgarian poet and revolutionary Botev in the International Friendship Groove in Beijing Chaoyang Park.
Also present were Bulgarian Ambassador to France and concurrently official of UNESCO Elena Bokova, Bulgarian Ambassador to China Georgi Peychinov and Director of Jintai Art Museum Yuan Xikun.
It took Director Yuan Xikun two years to complete the sculpture. At the end of 2006 Prime Minister of Bulgaria Sergei Stanishev, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture of China and Mr. Yuan Xikun himself jointly unveiled the sculpture. Now it is laid in the International Friendship Groove in Chaoyang Park. In 2004 Yuan Xikun had the honor to have the “Medal of Authoritative Art” awarded by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bulgaria. That was the first medal Mr. Yuan won for his sculpture works.
After the unveiling ceremony the opening ceremony of the Photo Exhibition of World Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Bulgaria sponsored by Bulgarian Embassy to China commenced. Vice Prime Minister and concurrently Foreign Minister Kalfin of Bulgaria, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture of China Wang Wenzhang, Bulgarian Ambassador to China, officials of UNESCO and Director Yuan Xikun delivered speeches and jointly cut the ribbon. The pictures were extremely rich in contents, including more than 10 valuable photos, PANORAMIC VIEW OF HRELYO’S TOWER FROM THE 14th century, 19th-century castle ── Rila Monastery built in 1295, 17th-century wall paintings ── ancient city of Nessebar and Thracian Tomb of Kazanlak of 4th century B.C.

Ladies and gentlemen, good evening!
No matter when, people should attach importance to the strength of spirit. With my limited financial resources and invisible talent and feelings, I believe in creating monuments of people I hold in deep respect. Because of my sculpture I won a presidential medal of the highest honor and I won the first authoritative art medal awarded by the cultural department of the Bulgarian government.
This year happens to be the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Bulgaria. The Photo Exhibition of World Cultural Heritage of Bulgaria here in China is UNESCO’s decision.
Cultural quintessence is often solidified through sculpture and architecture. Then it spreads, infiltrates, influences and develops in depth and breadth: European painting masters of religious subject matters draw rich nourishment for the colors of Boyana Church; the ancient city of Nessebar even affected the architectural style of Jintai Art Museum…. We should believe that this beneficial influence will encourage us to tide over this stage.

Ouverture de l’ « exposition des photos des héritages culturels mondiaux de la Bulgarie »,
inaugurée par le vice premier-ministre bulgare
à l’occasion du 60ième anniversaire de l’établissement des relations diplomatiques entre la Chine
et la Bulgarie
Dans le cadre de célébrer le 60ième anniversaire de l’établissement des relations diplomatiques entre la Chine et la Bulgarie, l’ouverture de l’ « exposition des photos des héritages culturels mondiaux de la République de Bulgarie », organisée par l’ambassade bulgare en Chine, le 23 mars 2009 dans le musée des arts Jintai de Beijing, a marqué le prélude de la célébration.
Vers 17 heures, le vice premier-ministre et ministre des Affaires étrangères bulgare Ivalilo Kalfin et sa suite et l’officielle de l’Unesco, ont offert, dans la salle des amitiés internationales du parc Chaoyang de Beijing, des fleurs à la statue « Botev », célèbre poète, révolutionnaire bulgare, créée par M. YUAN Xikun.
Dans la suite bulgare se figuraient l’ambassadeur bulgare en France, l’officielle de l’Unesco Elena Bokova, l’ambassadeur bulgare en Chine Georgi Peychinov et le conservateur du musée des arts Jintai YUAN Xikun.
La sculpture a été faite par le conservateur YUAN Xikun pendant deux ans. Elle a été conjointement dévoilée fin 2006 par le premier-ministre bulgare Serguei Stanishev, le vice-ministre chinois culturel CHANG Keren et M. YUAN lui-même. Cette statue est installée dans la salle des amitiés internationales au sein du parc Chaoyang. En 2004, YUAN Xikun s’est vu honoré de la médaille « sommité des arts », décerné par le ministère culturel de la République de Bulgarie, ça a été sa première médaille obtenue grâce à sa statue.
Ensuite, on est allé au musée des arts Jintai assister au vernissage de l’ « exposition des photos des héritages culturels mondiaux de la République de Bulgarie », organisée par l’ambassade bulgare en Chine. Le vice premier-ministre et ministre des AE bulgare Kalfin, le vice-ministre culturel Wang Wenzhang, l’ambassadeur bulgare en Chine, l’officielle de l’Unesco et le conservateur YUAN Xikun ont adressé leurs allocutions et conjointement coupé le ruban. Les photos exposées sont extrêmement précieuses, entre autres, le panorama de la tour Hrelyo’s du 14ième siècle, le fort du 19ième siècle – couvent Rila, la fresque du 17ième siècle – ville antique Nessebar, le couvent Rila, construit en 1295 et la tombe antique Thracian daté du 4ième siècle avant le Jésus Christ à Kazanlak et une dizaine de photos précieuses.

A tout moment, on doit porter une attention importante à la force spirituelle.
Avec mes moyens financiers limités et ma passion invisible pour créer des stèles d’honneur aux personnes que j’admire, cela est ma religion. Ma première médaille du plus grand mérite décernée par un président d’Etat et ma première médaille de sommité des arts distribué par un ministère culturel sont toutes offertes par la Bulgarie, grâce à mes statues.
A l’occasion du 60ième anniversaire de l’établissement des relations diplomatiques entre la Chine et la Bulgarie, se tient ici l’exposition des photos des héritages culturels mondiaux de la Bulgarie reconnus par l’Unesco.
La quintessence de la culture s’immobilise souvent dans les sculptures et les constructions, elle s’infiltre partout et exerce son influence à jamais : les grands maîtres peintres européens spécialisés dans les sujets de la religion se sont inspirés copieusement des couleurs de l’église Boyana; la ville antique Nessebar a même influencé le style de construction du musée des arts Jintai …… Je crois que cette force d’influence utile pourrait nous encourager de passer cette phase.

Sexagésimo Aniversario del Establecimiento de Relaciones Diplomáticas entre China y Bulgaria
El Viceprimer Ministro y Ministro de Asuntos Exteriores de Bulgaria Corta la Cinta para Inaugurar la “Exposición de Fotos de Sitios del Patrimonio Cultural Mundial en Bulgaria”
La Embajada de Bulgaria en China, para celebrar el aniversario 60 del establecimiento de relaciones diplomáticas entre los dos países, organizó la “Exposición de Fotos de Sitios del Patrimonio Cultural Mundial en la República de Bulgaria” en el Museo de Arte Jintai de Beijing, que se inauguró el 23 de marzo de 2009.
Alrededor de las 5:00 p.m. de ese día, el Viceprimer Ministro y Ministro de Asuntos Exteriores de Bulgaria Ivaylo Kalfin y su comitiva, así como funcionarios de la Organización de Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO), colocaron flores ante la estatua del famoso poeta y revolucionario búlgaro Hristo Botev hecha por el Sr. Yuan Xikun, que se halla en el Bosquecillo Internacional de la Amistad del Parque Chaoyang de Beijing.
Asimismo, se encontraban presentes Irina Bokova, embajadora de Bulgaria en Francia y Delegada Permanente de su país ante la UNESCO; Georgi Peychinov, embajador de Bulgaria en China; y Yuan Xikun, Director del Museo de Arte Jintai de Beijing.
Fueron necesarios dos años para que el Sr. Yuan Xikun terminara la escultura. A finales de 2006, el Primer Ministro de Bulgaria, Sergei Stanishev; el Viceministro de Cultura de China; y el propio Sr. Yuan Xikun, develaron la obra conjuntamente. Ahora, ésta se encuentra en el Bosquecillo Internacional de la Amistad situado en el Parque Chaoyang. En el año 2004, el Sr.Yuan Xikun tuvo el honor de recibir la medalla “Arte Autoritativo” concedida por el Ministerio de Cultura de la República de Bulgaria. Esa fue la primera medalla que obtuvo Yuan por sus trabajos escultóricos.
La ceremonia de apertura de la “Exposición de Fotos de Sitios del Patrimonio Cultural Mundial en la República de Bulgaria”, auspiciada por la Embajada de Bulgaria en China, se realizó tras la ceremonia de develamiento. Buenas noches.
Sin importar cuando, las personas deben conceder importancia a la fuerza del espíritu.
Con mis limitados recursos financieros e invisibles sentimientos y talento, creo en la creación de monumentos para las personas hacia quienes profeso profundo respeto.
Gracias a mi escultura, obtuve una medalla presidencial del más alto honor, así como la primera medalla del Arte Autoritativo concedida por el departamento cultural del gobierno búlgaro.
Este año se celebra el sexagésimo aniversario del establecimiento de relaciones diplomáticas entre China y Bulgaria. La realización de la Exposición de Fotos de Sitios del Patrimonio Cultural Mundial en Bulgaria aquí en China ha sido una decisión de la UNESCO.
Con frecuencia, la quintaesencia cultural se solidifica mediante la escultura y la arquitectura. Luego se extiende, se infiltra, influye y se desarrolla en profundidad y amplitud: Los maestros en temas religiosos de la pintura europea se nutrieron de los colores de la Iglesia Boyana; la ciudad antigua de Nessebar incluso influyó en el estilo arquitectónico del Museo de Arte Jintai… Esperemos que esta influencia beneficiosa nos anime a superar esta etapa.

Заместитель Премьер-Министра и Министра иностранных дел Болгарии открывает «Выставку
снимок мировых культурных наследий Болгарии»
В честь 60-й годовщины установления дипломатических отношений между Китаем и Болгарией 23 марта 2009 года в Пекинской палате искусcтва Цзинтай открылась «Выставка снимок мировых культурных наследий Республики Болгарии», организованная Посольством Болгарии в Китае.
В тот же день вечером, около 17:00 Заместитель Премьер-Министра и Министр иностранных дел Болгарии Ивайло Калфин и его свита, а также должностные лица ЮНЕСКО в лесу международной дружбы парка Чаоян Пекина преподнесли венки скульптуре известного поэта и революционера Болгарии Х. Ботева, созданной г-ном Юань Сикунем.
На церемонии возложения венков также были Посол Болгарии во Франции и чиновник ЮНЕСКО Ирина Бокова, Посол Болгарии в Китае Георги Пейчинов и Президент Палаты искусcтва Цзинтай г-н Юань Сикунь.
Эта скульптура былf изобретена Президентом Юань Сикунем в течении двух лет и в конце 2006 года была совместно открыта Премьер-Министром Болгании Сергеем Станишевым, заместителем Министра культуры КНР Чан Кежэнем и лично г-ном Юань Сикунем и ныне расположена в лесу международной дружбы парка Чаоян. В 2004 году г-н Юань Сикунь был удостоен “Авторитетным орденом искусства”, выданным Министерством культуры Республики Болгарии. Это стало его первым орденом за свою скульптуру.
После церемонии группа гостей подошла к Иалате искусства Цзинтай для участия в открытии «Выставки мирового культурного наследия Республики Болгарии», организованной Посольством Болгарии в Китае. Заместитель Премьер-Министра и Министр иностранных дел Болгарии Ивайло Калфин, Заместитель министра культуры КНР Ван Вэнчжан, Посол Болгарии в Китае Георги Пейчинов, чиновник ЮНЕСКО и Президент Палаты искусства Юань Сикунь выступали и вместе отрезали ленту на церемонии открытия выставки. Содержание снимок выставки очень ценное. Там можно видеть 10 с лишним ценных снимок, среди них: панорама пагоды, построенной в 14-м веке, построенная в 19-м веке крепость Рильский моностырь, настенная картина в 17 веке -- старинный город Несепаль, построенный в 1295 году Рильский моностырь, старинное тракийское кладбище , построенное в 4-м веке до н.э. в Казанлыке и т. д.

Добрый вечер!
В любое время люди должны уделять внимание силе духа.
Изобразить скульптуры великих личностей моего уважения за счет
ограниченных моих средств и невидного моего творческого энтузиэазма-- вот мое убеждение. Первый орден, которым я удостоен в качестве Высшего почета, выданного Президентами и авторитетного ордена ведомств культуры – был выдан в Болгарии.
Как раз по случаю 60-летия установления дипломатических
отношений между Китаем и Болгарией здесь открыта Выставка снимок мирового культурного наследия Болгарии, утвержденного
ЮНЕСКО.
Суть культуры часто укоренилась через скульптуры и сооружения и дальше имеет проникнование и далеко идущее влияние: Мастера-художники темы европейских религий были пропитаны в расцветах церкви Бояна. Старинный город Несепаль даже повлиял на стиль сооружения Палаты искусства Цзинтай...... Я уверен, что эта полезная сила влияния будет воодушевлять нас пройти через этот этап.

Sessantesimo anniversario dell'allacciamento delle relazioni diplomatiche tra la Cina e la Bulgaria
Il Vice primo ministro e Ministro degli esteri della Bulgaria tagliano il nastro della Mostra fotografica del patrimonio culturale mondiale della Bulgaria
Per celebrare il 60esimo anniversario dell'allacciamento delle relazioni diplomatiche tra
la Bulgaria e la Cina, l'ambasciata bulgara in Cina ha tenuto la “Mostra fotografica del patrimonio culturale mondiale della Bulgaria” presso il BeijingJintaiArt Museum il 23 marzo 2009.
Verso le 17 di quel giorno, il Vice primo ministro bulgaro e Ministro degli esteri, Ivailo Kalfin, assieme alla delegazione e a funzionari dell'Unesco hanno porto dei fiori alla scultura di Yuan Xikun, rappresentante il famoso poeta e rivoluzionario bulgaro Botev nello Youlin Guoji del parco di Chaoyang, a Pechino.
Erano presenti anche l'ambasciatore bulgaro in Francia e funzionario dell'Unesco, Elena Bokova, l'ambasciatore bulgaro in Cina, Georgi Peychinov, ed il direttore
del Jintai Art Museum, Yuan Xikun.
Sono occorsi due anni a Yuan Xikun per completare la scultura. Alla fine
del 2006, il Primo ministro bulgaro, Sergei Stanishev, il Vice ministro della cultura cinese e Yuan Xikun in persona hanno tolto congiuntamente il velo alla scultura, che si trova attualmente nello Youlin Guoji nel Parco di Chaoyang. Nel 2004 Yuan Xikun ha avuto l'onore di ricevere la “Medaglia per arte autorevole” conferita dal Ministro della cultura della Repubblica di Bulgaria. E' stata la prima medaglia che Yuan ha visto conferirsi per le sue sculture.
Dopo la cerimonia di scoprimento, è cominciata la cerimonia di apertura della Mostra fotografica
del patrimonio culturale mondiale della Bulgaria sponsorizzata dall'ambasciata bulgara. Il Vice primo ministro e Ministro degli esteri Bulgaro, Kalfin, il Vice ministro della cultura cinese, Wang Wenzhang, l'ambasciatore bulgaro in Cina, funzionari dell'Unesco ed il direttore Yuan Xikun hanno tenuto discorsi e tagliato congiuntamente il nastro. Le opere erano estremamente ricche nei contenuti, con più di 10 foto di valore, come la vista panoramica della torre Hrelyo del 14esimo secolo, del castello del 19esimo secolo, del Monastero Rila costruito nel 1295, pitture murali del 17esimo secolo, la vecchia città di Nessebar e la tomba tracia di Kazanlak, del quarto secolo avanti Cristo.

Non importa quando, le persone dovrebbero dare importanza alla forza di spirito. Con le mie limitate risorse finanziarie e sentimenti e talento invisibili, io credo nel creare monumenti di persone che tengo in gran rispetto. Grazie alla mia scultura, ho vinto una medaglia presidenziale
del più alto onore ed ho vinto la prima medaglia autorevole conferita dal dipartimento culturale del Governo bulgaro.
Quest'anno ricorre il 60esimo anniversario dell'allacciamento delle relazioni diplomatiche tra Cina e
Bulgaria. La Mostra fotografica del patrimonio culturale mondiale della Bulgaria qui in Cina è una decisione dell'Unesco.
La quintessenza culturale spesso si solidifica nelle sculture e nell'architettura. Quindi esce fuori, si infiltra, esercita la sua influenza e si sviluppa in profondità e larghezza: i maestri europei pittori di soggetti religiosi hanno tracciato un ricco nutrimento per i colori della Chiesa Boyana; l'antica città di Nessebar ha addirittura influenzato lo stile architetturale del Jintai Art Museum. Dovremmo credere che questa influenza benefica incoraggerà a portare avanti questa fase.
